A: The Bills Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?  
A: Yes. Online security is our highest priority. Our web store is specifically designed to be safe so you can feel comfortable using your credit card via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.  
Q: Can I place an order by phone or mail?  
A: If you would like to order by phone, or need more information, please call locally at (716) 648-0658 ext. 310, or call 1-888-283-4327 toll free if calling from outside the Buffalo area.  We are here from 9 am - 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

2nd Day Air - $29.99 (within the U.S. only)  
Next Day Air - $39.99 (within the U.S. only)  
*All packages shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico must be sent 2nd Day Air.  
Shipping to Canada - $32.99  
In addition, shipments to Canada are subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.  
International Delivery

All Shipping times are based on business days. No shipping occurs on Saturday, Sunday, or nationally recognized holidays. All APO and FPO orders must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Packages cannot be tracked and delivery cannot be guaranteed. The Buffalo Bills are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The Buffalo Bills cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  
Q: What is the return policy? How do I return or exchange an item?

Q: Do you provide a tracking number for my order?  
A: We provide online tracking through FedEx. When you place an order, we will ask you for a valid e-mail address. At the time of shipment, an e-mail will be sent containing a tracking number. Select the Track Order button to link to FedEx to track your package.
