A: The Bills Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?  
A: Yes. Online security is our highest priority. Our web store is specifically designed to be safe so you can feel comfortable using your credit card via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.  
Q: Can I place an order by phone or mail?

*All packages shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico must be sent 2nd Day Air.  
Shipping to Canada - $32.99

All Shipping times are based on business days. No shipping occurs on Saturday, Sunday, or nationally recognized holidays. All APO and FPO orders must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Packages cannot be tracked and delivery cannot be guaranteed. The Buffalo Bills are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The Buffalo Bills cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  
Q: What is the return policy? How do I return or exchange an item?  
A: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. All returns must be done so within 30 days of purchase. For more details please visit our Return Policy page.  
Q: Do you provide a tracking number for my order?  
A: We provide online tracking through FedEx. When you place an order, we will ask you for a valid e-mail address. At the time of shipment, an e-mail will be sent containing a tracking number. Select the Track Order button to link to FedEx to track your package.  



How do I use my Season Ticket Loyalty Card on

Create an order by adding desired product(s) to your shopping cart. You may order more or less than the value of your gift card.

When entering your shipping information, you will see a box asking you to enter a Bills Bucks card #

Enter your 21-digit Season Ticket Member Loyalty Card Number in that box.


Regardless of your final total, our system will require you to enter a major credit card number during the ordering process.

Why are you asking for my credit card number?

Your credit card will only be charged if:

Your product sub-total is greater than the value of your Loyalty Card.

For example: If your Loyalty Card balance is $50 and your final sub-total is $60, your credit card will only be charged for the $10 difference when your item ships.

Some credit cards may be pre-authorized for the entire amount of the order before your Givex balance is applied. The final charge to your credit card (if a balance remains) will reflect the correct amount.
